Downtown South

The Downtown South District is a mixed-use area defined primarily by industrial and commercial land uses. The district encompasses 18b, The Las Vegas Arts District, which is home to a growing number of art galleries, studios, boutiques and retail, along with eclectic bars and restaurants. The monthly First Friday festival draws tens of thousands of people to the area in celebration of art, music and creativity. The area also houses one of the must-see stops in Las Vegas: the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop made famous by the History Channel’s reality television series, Pawn Stars.
